Selectworld is an independent advertising, content and digital agency. Selectworld is a 25 year old creative agency with presence in multiple continents (6 offices worldwide). They offer creative services to robust, multi-brand corporations like P&G as well as stand-alone, boutique brands.
Challenges
Selectworld is present across geos, and had de-centralized finance and operations systems. Moreover, the existing systems were spread across multiple currencies and languages. The accounting systems used were location specific and on disparate systems (MYOB, DAATEV, Excel).
Being a creative agency, collaboration between people and processes was important. The proposed solution had to address this as well as give insights into the effort/hours across projects. This was critical for giving the business a consolidated view of Finance, Labor and capital employed.
Solution
NetSuite OpenAir was integrated to increase the visibility and improve the control on projects. ZAG deployed a single-instance of Netsuite for finance for 40+ users.
